Back in March i was contacted by members of the Victoria Primary School PTA to see if i could help them out with completing an existing mural project that had ran into technical difficulties.
After an initial meeting with the head mistress and members of the PTA i took away several drawings by the pupils based around the loose theme of Newhaven Harbour , general sea life and the recent discovery of a Bronze Age burial pit in the school playground.
It’s been a great project i think it really worked due to the huge amount of great drawings by the pupils at the school, there was a lot a choose from hopefully every year is represented on the mural
If your out and about in the Leith/Newhaven area take a swing by the school as the colours in the photo don’t really do it justice it’s worth seeing it in the flesh.
Have a great Easter weekend everybody.
